Hire Expert Microsoft Developers for Intelligent Solutions

At Prilixor we bring together developers with real depth in .NET Core, .NET MVC, Web API development, Entity Framework, Azure development and deployment, database design and microservices architecture. They join your stand-ups, use your board and follow your review process, so what they build is something your own team can still maintain after the engagement ends.

What sets them apart is an AI-first way of working. Our developers use AI tooling as a normal part of daily development, for scaffolding, test generation and code review, and they are just as good at troubleshooting what AI gets wrong as at using it. That second skill matters more than most people expect.

Every developer is Microsoft and Azure certified, and every engagement comes with a delivery lead who stays accountable for the outcome. If someone is not the right fit, we replace them at our cost.

Discovery

We learn the business before we look at code. Stakeholder interviews, real constraints, and the workarounds your team has quietly built. It ends in a written scope with phases, deliverables and cost, agreed before development starts.

What you receive

  • Requirements and constraints document
  • Phase plan with fixed cost per phase
  • Risk register and success metrics
  • Team shape and skills needed

  1. Define Your Project Vision

An initial call to understand your requirements, preferred technology stack, timeline and the kind of engineer who will fit how your team already works.

  2. Expert Talent Matching

You receive profiles of pre-vetted developers matched to your needs, usually within 48 hours. You see real availability, not a bench list.

  3. Streamlined Onboarding

You interview and choose. We handle contracts, access and environment setup, so your developer is contributing in the first week rather than the third.

  4. Ongoing Delivery Support

A delivery lead stays accountable through the engagement, with transparent reporting, direct access, and a no-cost replacement if the fit is wrong.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What clients ask before hiring a developer

If yours is not here, ask us directly. We will give you a straight answer, including when the answer is no.

1. How quickly can a developer start?

You get matched profiles within 48 hours of the first call. Once you interview and choose, contracts and environment access usually take three to five working days. Most clients have someone contributing inside two weeks.

2. What does it cost?

Pricing depends on seniority and engagement length, and we quote monthly per developer with no separate recruitment fee. You get the rate in writing before you interview anyone, so nobody wastes time on a conversation the budget was never going to survive.

3. Who owns the code they write?

You do, entirely. Work sits in your repository from day one, and full documentation is handed over at the end. If you later bring the work in-house, we help you transition it cleanly.

4. What if the developer is not the right fit?

We replace them at our cost. That is not a goodwill gesture, it is in the contract. Tell us early and we start matching a replacement immediately.

5. Will they work in our time zone?

Our team is in Ahmedabad, India (IST). Every engagement includes agreed overlap hours with your working day, so you are never waiting a full day for an answer. Clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle East get most of the day overlapping; US clients typically get three to four hours.

6. Do they follow our process or yours?

Yours. Our developers join your stand-ups, use your board, follow your branching and review rules, and write to your coding standards. You should not be able to tell from the codebase which developers were ours.

7. Can we start with one developer and scale later?

That is how most engagements here begin. One developer for a month, then expand once you have seen the working style. Scaling up or swapping in a different skill set is handled by your delivery lead.

8. What is the minimum engagement?

One month. We do not lock clients into long contracts, because a team you have to be contractually trapped with is not a team worth keeping.
